30 Day Returns Policy
At Mydiamonds.com we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return your purchase to us.
Items can be returned direct to Mydiamonds.com in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund. If you wish to return an item you must email our customer services team with your intention to do so.
The Mydiamonds customer service team will then email a ‘Return Process’ document to you along with a returns number which is essential for your return; any parcels received which have not been notified to our customer services team will not be accepted.
When returning items to Mydiamonds.com, the item(s) must be in its original packaging, unused and accompanied by the whole despatch note and the completed detachable address slip at the bottom of the despatch note.
Mydiamonds.com cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper-proof packaging has been opened. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time by contacting our customer service team at mydiamondenquiries@mydiamonds.com, provided we have not picked, packed or despatched your order.
If we have despatched your item(s) we will not be able to stop the delivery process. You may, of course return any goods you do not want, in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please refer to the 30 day returns policy.
