• All delvieries made outside of the UK will be made by FedEx.

30 Day Returns Policy

At Mydiamonds.com we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return your purchase to us.

Items can be returned direct to Mydiamonds.com in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund.

Mydiamonds.com cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper-proof packaging has been opened. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights. When returning items to Mydiamonds.com, the item(s) must be in its original packaging, unused and accompanied by the whole dispatch note and the completed detachable address slip at the bottom of the dispatch note.

For your benefit and security, in the event of a return we recommend that you send the goods back to Mydiamonds.com by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.
